About Mawer Private Equity Fund

This fund provides eligible investors with access to growth and buyout private equity investments across primary funds, secondaries, co-investments, and direct deals.  

The Fund’s investment objective is to invest for above average long-term risk adjusted returns by investing primarily in other private equity funds. The Fund may also make direct investments in equity and equity-related securities and fixed-income securities such as promissory notes, debentures and bonds of public and private companies, as well as investment funds managed or advised by Mawer
